1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MyTrainPal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Health, Training, and Medical Disclaimer
MyTrainPal is a training and fitness software tool, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or in-person coaching. Always consult a qualified physician before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a medical condition. You train and exercise at your own risk.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Coaching outputs and recommendations may be generated by AI and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI content is provided for informational purposes only and must not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or professional coaching advice.
4. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use MyTrainPal. If local law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that higher age requirement.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, Refunds, and Credits
Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing and included monthly credits are shown in-app. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe customer portal; iOS/Android subscriptions are managed through the App Store/Google Play where applicable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless local law states otherwise. Refunds are provided only where required by mandatory law or by applicable app store/provider policy. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or interfere with service operation.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service (with or without notice where legally permitted) if you breach these Terms, create legal/security risk, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in app settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTrainPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Service or Terms
We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts competent in Poland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
